The new AEC+ Open Library, powered by InSB, made accessible to professionals and students in the industry worldwide.
OpnLi is a database of user generated content. Topics may include design, architecture, interior architecture, engineering, construction, construction safety, management, building and site development, urban and regional planning, base specifications, manufacturers details and specifications, design details, drawings, educational content, and others.
All content is for reference and educational purposes only, and shall not be shared, reproduced, or reinterpreted for use without the supervision of a licensed professional.
The copyrights of all content remain with the content creator. The content creator may or may not be the user sharing the content. If the user sharing the content is not the content creator, credit must be given under the document description and in all pages of the document itself. InSB encourages users to share original content.
All documents in OpnLi are only in Portable Document Format ( .PDF )
Naming your Files Before Upload
The following naming system must be used for naming your files before upload. Any uploads that do not abide by these standards will be deleted. OpnLi is powered by InSB, and the content is curated.

Quality Control of OpnLi
InSB curates the OpnLi database, but it is expected of system users to report any fraudulent and spam content encountered immediately upon finding. These documents include any non-industry related documents, sales and brochures, or other hard marketing documents.
InSB encourages manufacturers to participate in the system, and upload their documents to the database, but manufacturers shall refrain from hard sales and marketing tactics. Instead, consider sharing your equipment and products specs, or details.
Please report all fraudulent and spam content to opnli@insb.us. Include the File Name and Name of person who made the submission in the body of the email, and a short description of findings. Email subject line “QA/QC”.
